The old Sailor Soldiers have retired; they've married, and given birth to children that took on this super power gene. Only difference is, they're a little older this time around. And think about it. How many Sailor Soldiers are there really? You're about to find out.
There is a new enemy on the rise; a powerful one that has the ability to resurrect the past foes that the first generation of Soliders have previously vanquished. Crazy? Absurd? Thats what they think. His name is Nephetamine and he has the power of rebirth, just like Saturn, but instead of using that for good, he uses it to thrash the protectors of love and justice. But darker than this is his ability to bring out the darker part of a Sailor Soldier; drive out their most wicked side and manifest it physically.
So the new enemy can resurrect the old. What is there to do? There really is only one thing: bind together, and take down the past enemies one, at a time. However, some of these old foes are making pacts with others, banding together to make a more powerful combination of enemies. Prepare for the battle of a lifetime, Sailor Soldiers!
